TECHNICOLOR aims to penetrate into the Chinese film production market through providing services for big titles and a newly established joint venture, the France-based firm said yesterday.
Technicolor has provided special effects for "Aftershock," the movie now screening in China, directed by Feng Xiaogang.
Meanwhile, Technicolor has established a joint venture with the Shanghai Film Group to provide digitized post production services and technical support for film and advertising firms.
Technicolor has provided services for films, including "Avatar," "2012" and the "Harry Potter" series.
