Discounts offered at 122 housing projects

PRICE cuts are being offered by 122 apartment and villa projects across the city this month, down from 131 in February and 149 in January, Fang.com said in a report released yesterday.
Eight of them offer discounts of above 10 percent, the country’s largest real estate website said.
By proximity to the city center, 98 developments, or 80 percent of the total, are located beyond the Outer Ring Road. Those located within the Inner Ring Road were unchanged at six, compared with a month earlier.
By district, the Pudong New Area and Jiading District led with 21 projects each, followed by Minhang, Baoshan and Qingpu districts.
