Fewer discount projects

A total of 147 residential projects — 102 apartments and 45 villas — will offer discounts this month, a decrease of six from July, according to Soufun.com.
Almost 80 percent of these projects are located beyond the Outer Ring Road. Villas and high-end apartment projects provide larger discounts compared to mid- to low-end developments, Soufun research showed. And of the 147 projects, about one-third will offer a price cut of no more than 4 percent.
