MORE than 6,000 units of villas, including both townhouses and stand-alone developments, were sold in Shanghai during the first 11 months of this year, according to a latest research released by real estate website Soufun.com.
A total of 6,269 units, or 1.43 million square meters, were transacted between January and November, with September registering the highest sales of 1,040 units, followed by April and October when 991 units and 854 units were sold.
