Land-sale revenue

SHANGHAI government's revenue from land sales declined in 2011 from a year earlier amid a cooling property market. Revenue came in at 152.5 billion yuan (US$24 billion) last year, less than the 195 billion yuan collected in 2010, the Shanghai Finance Bureau said yesterday.
