Landsea expands
LANDSEA Group, a Chinese real estate developer particularly dedicated to research and construction of green, energy-saving and low-carbon emission homes, yesterday in Shanghai announced plans to extend its operations in south China's Pearl River Delta region and north China's Bohai Rim area as part of its strategy to further expand its footprint across the country.
The Nanjing-based company, which in June became China's first real estate developer to take part in the Climate Neutral Network under the United Nations Environment Program, currently owns a national portfolio of about 2 million square meters, mainly in east China's Yangtze River Delta region.
