More developers to offer price cuts next month

NEW residential developments that offer price cuts will increase to 194 in Shanghai next month, compared with 190 this month, according to Soufun.com, the country's largest real estate website.
In terms of proximity to the city center, more than 75 percent of these projects are located beyond the Outer Ring Road, compared with 73 percent this month.
Pudong continues to lead other districts with 42 developments offering a price cut. However, 27 of the 194 developments provide discounts of more than 10 percent, Soufun said.
