OVER 1,300 homes at eight projects will be released in Shanghai over the weekend and May Day holiday through next Tuesday as real estate developers gear up amid the arrival of the traditional high season.
This compared with around 550 units last weekend, according to research released yesterday by Soufun.com.
The projects, one of which is villa development, will be sold at average 22,000 yuan (US$3,503) per square meter, with a price range of between 11,000 yuan and 31,000 yuan per square meter, the data showed.
