THE supply of new homes in Shanghai will stay above a high of more than 1,000 units at the weekend as real estate developers gear up before the start of summer, a traditional low season for home purchase.
Nearly 1,300 units at seven projects, three of them in Baoshan District, will be released during the weekend, almost flat from last weekend, according to research released yesterday by Soufun.com.
