OFFICE leasing markets in Asia's major commercial centers registered an active third quarter of this year as domestic and multinational corporations showed a keen appetite for quality office spaces.
Stimulated by business start-up activity, expansion and repositioning of existing occupiers on the back of sustained regional economic growth, overall office rents in Asia rose 3.2 percent from a quarter earlier during the July-September period, marking the second consecutive quarterly rise, international real estate services provider CB Richard Ellis said yesterday.
