SOHO China launches Hongkou SOHO office

SOHO China Ltd, a major commercial real estate developer in China, is one more step closer to its target of 10,000 work stations at its SOHO 3Q projects in Beijing and Shanghai by the year end with the latest launch of its Hongkou SOHO office project in the city's North Sichuan Road commercial precinct.

Providing 660 work stations, 3Q at Hongkou SOHO, which forms part of the 95,000-square-meter Hongkou SOHO development, is the eighth 3Q project opened in China since the online-to-offline product was launched in February.

The number of work stations at SOHO 3Q projects in Beijing and Shanghai will reach 40,000 by 2016 and further rise to 100,000 by 2018, according to SOHO China, which formed an alliance earlier this month with two domestic partners including Greenland Group.

Targeting mainly start-ups, work stations at SOHO 3Q projects can be booked one by one and for a minimum one week.
