Yantai ranks top

YANTAI in Shandong Province topped all third-tier cities in China with the greatest prospects for real estate development, China Real Estate Information Corp and China Real Estate Appraisal said yesterday in a joint report.
It was immediately followed by Quanzhou in Fujian Province and Dongguan in Guangdong Province, according to the research, which tracked 251 third and fourth-tier cities across the country. Future investment demand in all property sectors in those cities has been all taken into the study.
