TOLL Group yesterday said it has completed the acquisition of its Chinese joint venture ST-Anda to launch its own brand in the Chinese market.
The Australia-based logistics service provider acquired a 49 percent stake in ST-Anda to increase its ownership in the company to 100 percent, Toll said yesterday without revealing the size of the investment.
Since 1996 Toll has operated in China through ST-Anda.
