LOS Angeles-based Air Lease Corp has placed a firm order for 51 Airbus aircraft with a list price of US$4.4 billion.
The aircraft financing and leasing company has ordered 20 A321 aircraft and 31 A320s. The deal was announced yesterday at the Farnborough International Airshow. Air Lease will buy and lease them to airlines worldwide.
