BOEING Shanghai Aviation Services Co has signed a maintenance agreement to perform checks on Boeing 737-800 jets for Seoul-based Jeju Air.
Jeju Air became the first Korean customer for Boeing Shanghai after the facility obtained maintenance certification from the Korea Civil Aviation Safety Authority in February.
This pact expands an earlier maintenance support in which Boeing Shanghai provided a landing-gear exchange for the airline earlier this year.
Two Boeing 737-800s are covered under the agreement.
