SHANGHAI yesterday established a friendly partnership with Dunkirk with the two sides hoping to strengthen cooperation in terms of shipping, logistics and port industry.
The port in north France becomes the 23rd sister port with Shanghai.
Dunkirk registered about 45 million tons of throughput last year and hopes the figure will rise to 70 million tons a year in the next two or three years.
