AVIATION Industry Corp of China said yesterday a unit has completed the takeover of US airplane maker Epic Air.
AVIC General Airlines has paid US$4.3 million to take over Oregon-based Epic Air and has gained intellectual property rights to the world's leading single-engine turboprop airplane.
