CHINA National Aviation Holding Co has signed a strategic partnership deal with China National Aviation Fuel Holding Co to boost cooperation in various sectors, including product innovation and enhancing customer service.
The two sides will work together in capital management, air fuel supply and expanding marketing networks. China National Aviation Fuel may also take part in the private placement of Air China, China National Aviation Holding's listed unit.
