Animation fair conclusion

The 14th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival concluded on Monday, which attracted participants from 85 countries and regions, including 5,760 exhibitors and 14.34 million visitors.
Sales reached 2.49 billion yuan (US$391.97 million) during the fair. It also sealed 1,291 cooperation deals involving 13.84 billion yuan.
The Animation Industry Summit, held at the festival, invited several famous writers and cartoonists, such as Cai Zhizhong, Zhu Deyong and Xia Da, to give speeches and hold book signing promotions.
The festival also invited 11 world-class animation fair organizers to discuss marketing strategies on the animation event鈥檚 internationalization.
Meanwhile, the China Animation Museum鈥檚 global solicitation of animation collections received more than 200 domestic and foreign donations.
