Baima Lake construction

Construction of the second phase of Baima Lake, or White Horse Lake, in Binjiang District kicked off on Tuesday, which involves eight major projects, including a new bridge, a square at the entrance of the island, two large lawns, woods both on land and water, and some flower fields.
The size of the island is around 125,600 square meters, or 18 standard soccer fields. In addition, cycle lanes and jogging lanes of 1,600 meters will be built around the Baima Lake.
The project will be completed in April next year where the size of Baima Lake will be over 300,000 square meters, the biggest in Binjiang District.
