THE Hangzhou Grand Canal Festival got underway in Gongshu District this week.
During the month-long event, people can enjoy numerous performances and attractions, including the final of the 2012 China Dragon Boat Race, the Taiwan Food Fest, a poetry and lyric contest and a fireworks display on October 13.
