City Brain project

HANGZHOU Data Resources Management Bureau, Public Security Bureau and Traffic Police Bureau introduced the country’s first City Brain project
Which aggregates data of government affairs, companies, society and the Internet’s data to help manage the city with cloud computing, big data and AI.
The project will cover real-time parking lot vacancy tracking; wearable devices that can monitor users’ blood pressure, heartbeat, enabling doctors to give remote diagnosis; an ecological monitoring system that can check quality of water, land and air; citizens and companies’ credit records database; and a companies’ operation analysis database, using the companies’ consumption of water, electricity and their logistics information to analyze their operation conditions.
