Corruption probes

The Hangzhou Discipline Inspection Commission recently reported 11 corruption cases, involving officials in 11 districts and counties.
Hu Yunhai, director of the Shangcheng District Park Administration, asked a subsidiary company to deposit 5 million yuan in a bank to help his relative secure a job in the bank. Hu received a warning within the Party.
Hu Yaowen, deputy director of the Jianggan District Urban Management Bureau, was expelled from the Party and removed from his job over embezzlement and bribery. His case has been referred to prosecutors for criminal investigation.
