MORE than 200 foreign companies have confirmed their participation in the 9th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival to be held in Hangzhou from April 26 to May 1.
They are from the United States, Britain, France, Switzerland, Italy, South Korea and other countries and regions. Sixteen domestic animation bases and 14 delegations from the provinces and municipalities will also participate in this year's fair.
Last year's fair attracted more than 2 million visitors and 461 companies, ending with 165 signed deals worth 14.6 billion yuan.
