THE 6.2-kilometer Qiushi Expressway has been thrown open to the public at the start of the New Year after two and a half years of construction.
The new throughway connects Shide Road Overpass in the north and Qingjiang Road Overpass in the south. The six-lane elevated road is expected to ease traffic in the eastern part of Hangzhou.
