THE organizer of the 10th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival will provide free shuttle bus services to 11 festival venues, including Baima Lake, Wulin Square, Huanglong Tourist Center and Xiaoshan Stadium.
Hangzhou Metro will also extend service hours by 30 minutes to 11pm during the Labor Day holiday from May 1 to May 3. More trains will be added to shorten waiting times.
This year’s festival boasts more than 40 activities at 11 venues, the organizer said.
For the first time, the festival will use a facial recognition system to check every visitor. The festival will run from April 28 to May 3.
