TOURISTS were thrilled to see snow in the Lingyin (Retreat of Souls) Temple on the Northern Hill on Tuesday. It was the first snow this winter but melted quickly before people had time to enjoy the scene. The temperature remains low in Hangzhou for the rest of week with rainfall starting yesterday.
