Flower harvest

Farmers are now harvesting a chrysanthemum species widely used in herbal teas. The small flowers are dried after picking. They have a slightly sweet taste and smell great when brewed in hot water. Chrysanthemum tea can quench a person’s inner heat, according to traditional Chinese medicine.
