HANGZHOU government has announced initiatives aimed at the children of foreign professionals attracted to the city.
The city government will promote Sino-foreign cooperative vocational education and high school education, and encourage setting up schools for children of foreign nationality talents.
Officials also plan to establish 20 continuing education demonstration bases and 15 high-skilled professionals training bases by 2020.
