India culture week

INDIA Culture Week was inaugurated in Hangzhou from last Thursday to yesterday. Activities included India-China (Hangzhou) Business and Investment Forum, a photo exhibition of Buddhist images, painting exhibition, Yoga Day, food and film festivals.
The event was initiated by Consulate General of India in Shanghai, and supported by local museums and library. The Consul-General Prakash Gupta said India was a developing country and welcomed Chinese companies to invest in infrastructure.
The culture week brought a unique flavor of India to the people of Hangzhou through an interactive and immersive experience of various facets of Indian art forms.
