Investing effort to land projects for city

THE West Lake International Expo Investment Cooperation Conference opens in Hangzhou today and runs until November 30, taking the theme of "developing 10 key industries and enhancing international cooperation."

The conference aims to highlight the existing healthy investment environment in Hangzhou and encourage more companies to invest in the city. During the conference, Hangzhou government will introduce more than 100 foreign investment projects, with the estimated contracted foreign investment set to hit US$1 billion.

Opening Ceremony of 2012 West Lake International Expo Investment Cooperation Conference

Sessions will focus on promoting the business and investment environment in Hangzhou. A number of major foreign projects contracts will be signed.

2012 Investment Seminar for Overseas Chinese (Yuhang Session)

Encouraging more overseas Chinese to come to Hangzhou for investment and entrepreneurial projects.

15th Hangzhou Domestic Economic Cooperation Fair

Domestic entrepreneurs will be invited to the first Fuchun Golf Invitation Game and to attend the discussion concerning Hangzhou's economy. The future development of the 10 key industries in Hangzhou will be discussed as well. A signing ceremony for investment projects will be held.
