Last train to be later
THE Metro operator plans to move the last train to half an hour later on Metro Line 1 to make it more available for passengers, especially those from the newly opened Hangzhou East Railway Station.
The new schedule is expected to take effect on August 1, when the last train will be available at 10:43pm toward Wenze Road Station, at 10:37pm toward Xianghu Station and at 10:48pm toward Lingpin at the mega train station. Hangzhou East Railway Station is the largest train terminal in China.
The operator last postponed the last train on June 30. It was the third time for the operator to prolong the operating time since the line was put into operation in November.
