More than 110 companies listed on Fortune 500 have invested in Hangzhou, contributing 36 percent of taxes raised from large enterprises last year, according to Hangzhou Commission of Commerce.
In 2015, the city has received foreign investment of more than US$7 billion, and 475 new foreign-invested enterprises were established in Hangzhou.
Last week, delegates from foreign-invested companies including Cisco, Porsche, Ford and Toshiba participated in a get-together organized by local authorities to improve communication between government and enterprises.
