Line 6 construction

THE construction of Metro Line 6 started last week.
It will link Zhijiang New Town with Qianjiang Century CBD. The first phase of the line will stretch 26 kilometers from Shuangpu Station in Zhijiang New Town to Fengbei Station in Qianjiang Century CBD. The subway line will pass under the Qiantang River and have 19 stations, including six transfer stations. Line 6 will provide faster access to downtown Hangzhou for residents in Binjiang and Xiaoshan districts. The first phase of Line 6 is scheduled to open in 2018.
