Line 6 plans

WORK will start on Metro Line 6 next year. The first phase of the 27-kilometer subway line will take 56 months to build and is scheduled to open in 2019, according to www.hzmetro.com.
Metro Line 6 will feature 19 stations running from Shuangpu Station in Xihu District to Fengbei Station in Xiaoshan District. It will connect with lines 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7. The project’s environmental evaluation report has been posted on the Hangzhou Metro Corporation’s website for public review.
