New vice mayor

Ma Xiaohui, 49, has been appointed vice mayor of Hangzhou by the standing committee of the municipal People’s Congress.
Born in Cixi in Zhejiang Province, Ma joined the Party in 1988.
He held jobs as a Youth League and Party official in Ningbo, Ninghai, Taizhou and Wenzhou cities, before becoming a standing committee member of the CPC Hangzhou Committee.
Xu Liyi, former vice mayor of Hangzhou, was named acting mayor of Wenzhou.
