Officials' duties set

HANGZHOU'S municipal government has announced the responsibilities of some city officials with Acting Mayor Zhang Hongming taking charge of overall operation.
Zhang is responsible for development and reform, finance, audits, city planning and institutional establishments.
Executive Vice Mayor Yang Wubiao is responsible for the day-to-day work of municipal government.
There are six vice mayors in Hangzhou: Zhang Jianting, Qi Xiaohu, Xu Wenguang, Yuan Ye, Xie Shuangcheng and Chen Hongying.
