Online registration growth

The volume of business registration reported a double-digit growth, while the number of queuing people at government’s service windows dropped by 16.4 percent since Hangzhou business administrator adopted an online registration system last September.
The procedures include: checking and approving company names, registering and receiving business licenses, making official seals, opening bank accounts, opening taxation accounts and receiving receipts.
The average visits for people to run errands has been reduced from 2.3 to 1.4 thanks to the reform.
