Activities have included forums and one-to-one consultations. The event is expected to drive China's outsourcing economy and help suppliers and buyers from home and abroad.
"Both suppliers and buyers have been rather active in one-to-one consultations," said Zhou Ming, the executive vice president and secretary general of China Council for International Investment Promotion, organizer of the annual event.
It is the fourth year Hangzhou has held the summit. Last year, outsourcing contracts of over US$4.3 billion were signed in Hangzhou.
