Photo gets top prize

This picture of a little boy playing with a ball in a shop won a top prize at the city’s 6th Citizens Photography Festival and the photographer received 50,000 yuan (US$8,157) at the awards ceremony over the weekend.
The contest attracted more than 7,000 entries from about 2,000 amateur photographers and 50 pictures were selected for prizes.
