THE 11th Hangzhou Citizen Photography Festival, which begun yesterday and runs until May 21, at the Gushan Hill scenic spot, features 5,000 photos from participants from all over the world.
One major characteristic of this year’s festival is its international touch. Along with the three selected photographers, many other foreign photographers will also see their works exhibited at the foreign session at the Gushan Hill scenic spot.
