Ready for G20

ALL venues for the G20 Hangzhou summit have been built and preparations for the meeting are proceeding smoothly as planned, officials from the organizing committee told representatives of the G20 countries at a meeting in Beijing.
Officials said Hangzhou is adopting the highest standards in its preparation for the summit from event arrangement to conference organization, security, transportation and VIP reception.
Ministry officials gave a briefing on confirmed activities of G20 leaders, arrangement for the media, and logistics issues. Chinese liaison officers have been appointed for all participating countries and international organizations.
Hangzhou is combining its summit preparations with an effort to improve the life of local residents, the officials said.
