Ring Road work under way

The construction of Middle-Ring Elevated Road in Hangzhou will begin this year and the main sections will be put into use in 2021.
The road will provide a backbone to the highway network in Hangzhou, linking up Xiaoshan International Airport, Xiaoshan South Railway Station and Hangzhou West Transportation Hub.
With a total length of 178 kilometers, it will connect more than 30 communities in Linping, Pingyao, Liangzhu, Yuhang, Linpu, Guali, Yipeng and Dajiangdong New City, covering a total population of 3 million people.
It will also provide a quick access to neighboring Shaoxing and Haining cities.
