Road projects done

Seven road projects, including Airport Highway and toll stations on Hangzhou Ring Expressway, Xintang Road and Shixiang Highway, have been completed and will open to traffic this month.
The multi-tiered Xixing Interchange will be the most important link of the 19.55-kilometer-long Airport Highway. The highway will cut the trip from downtown Hangzhou to Xiaoshan International Airport to about 15 minutes. The elevated Airport Highway has six to eight lanes and a speed limit of 100km per hour.
Xintang Road connects Xinfeng Road in the north and Xinye Road in the south. With six lanes and 4 kilometers in length, the road will become the main artery in the eastern part of Hangzhou, linking Qianjiang New City with Hangzhou East Railway Station.
The elevated Shixiang Highway runs from Fengqing Road in the west to Chuxing Road in the east. The 6.47km highway will provide commuters a quick passage across the city.
