Rules for roof tops

Hangzhou authorities have issued guidelines for roof-beautification projects on downtown buildings.
Rooftop terraces on apartment blocks, office buildings, workshops and warehouses should be cleaned, painted or covered with greenery, according to the guidelines. In Tianziling area, the roof of a large parking facility has been transformed into a garden where many couples have their wedding photos taken. The roof is nearly 20,000 square meters in size.
