Hangzhou has once again been voted one of China鈥檚 top 10 charming cities by expatriates.
Other cities to make the list include Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Qingdao, Suzhou, Xiamen and Kunming. It is the fifth straight year that Hangzhou has made the list.
The list is voted on entirely by expatriate and was launched in 2010 by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.
Hangzhou has worked to attract expatriate professionals to the city for years. More than 40,000 foreign experts have worked in Hangzhou since 2012. Among them, 10 were given a Friendship Award by the central government.
