Hangzhou, Jinhua and Ningbo topped the 2017 Zhejiang Information Economy Comprehensive Assessment Report.
The report covers 22 indexes of five aspects, including infrastructure, core industries, individual applications, enterprises applications and government applications.
Quzhou, Wenzhou and Shaoxing also improved their standing positions in the report from 2016.
Binjiang, Yuhang, Xihu, Shangcheng and Xiacheng districts were the top five among the districts in Zhejiang Province. Binjiang topped the list with 158.2 points. Thirteen districts, including Tiantai, Shangyu, Changshan and Jiande, had their scores improved by at least 10 points.
