RESIDENTS in Hangzhou can text messages to 057112319 regarding any troubles involving urban management, such as noisy neighbors or barking dogs.
The city's urban management commission launched the text reporting services this week.
Residents are also invited to report any problems regarding urban facilities, environmental sanitation, public utilities, river and lighting management, greenery or public parking lots. Staff from urban management hotline 12319 will try to work out a solution to issues reported, said officials.
Residents are advised to include the time and place of the incident, their name and contact information in text messages to avoid delays in getting a response.
