LAST Monday, a Hong Kong resident surnamed Deng became the 3 millionth passenger of Xiaoshan International Airport this year.
The airport is the fourth largest on the Chinese mainland after Shanghai Pudong Airport, Beijing Capital Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. The top three outbound destinations for passengers leaving Xiaoshan airport are Hong Kong at 17.6 percent; Bangkok at 16.7 percent and Seoul at 13.3 percent. South Korea, Malaysia, Japan, India and the United States are the top five sources of overseas travelers coming to Hangzhou.
