11 local firms recognized for impressive sales volume

PRODUCTS of 11 companies in Jiading District have been listed on 2010 top 100 sales products issued by the Shanghai Service Center for Transformation of New and High-tech Achievements recently.
The minimum sales of the honored products were 67.18 million yuan (US$10.38 million), which are all knock-out products of the companies and have generated huge profits.
The service center also selected the top 10 innovative products among the top 100. The frequency conversion governor for vector-type elevator by Shanghai STEP Electric Corp was included.
The product has greatly improved the quality of homebred elevator inverters and has taken over imported products successfully.
The sales of the product reached 130 million yuan last year and is predicted to be 160 million yuan this year.
